Digital Painting

A few years ago, I woke from a nightmare so vivid it clung to me like a shadow. Its images never faded, so I chose to pull one frame into the world as a way of confronting it.
In the dream, a silent procession of pale, bloodless bodies stood in a long queue, headless and waiting for their turn to be washed and lifted by ropes.
It felt like witnessing a ritual meant to erase identity, a stillness heavy with terror.
This artwork captures that suspended moment, the breath between fear and awakening.
